The 3 ‘E’s in ‘Fytoplus 3E’ stand for: Eco Espuma Espana – “Ecological Foam Spain”.

However these days it could also be interpreted as “Tres Espuma” which is Spanish for “Three Foams” – Tank Filling, Insulating and Agriculture.

Fytoplus was founded in 2000 by the Aqua Resins group and brothers Donald and Robert Voogd. The company first began in horticulture until later in 2002 when they expanded into the petrochemical industry, which remains its primary function. Despite this change of direction, being environmentally friendly is still an integral part of the company’s ethos.

Fytoplus 3E are specialists in decommissioning tanks, having gained decades of experience across several industrial sectors. Besides tank filling, they also provide services and products specific to basement filling or agricultural projects.

Later this year Fytoplus are working on a huge basement filling in Gran Canaria measuring at around 4oo m3! It will be their third collaboration in the Canary Islands with the oil company BP.

Fytoplus are uniquely trained to fill voids using Benefil hardfoam, instead of materials such as concrete.

By using this method comparatively they can provide client-focused solutions, based on scientific research, that are faster and more cost effective.

Working hand in hand with Benefil!

Unlike concrete, which adds significant weight, Benefil hardfoam can prevent further damage to tank structures or building foundations because of its lightweight composition. Besides being light, our foam will also avert harmful spillages by absorbing residue, such as hydrocarbons.
